Home Design Modern Rotterdam Penthouse Transformed Into At-Home Spa With Rooftop Deck
Home Design Individual Engineering changed a conventional, mid twentieth-century Rotterdam penthouse into a contemporary condo — complete with a health spa and housetop deck for enthralling.
The fundamental living space and two of the rooms are situated on the second level of the building. Living and feasting zones are partitioned by dividers with coordinated stockpiling units. "Voids in the heap bearing inside dividers make course in the floor arranges and interface the living spaces," the planners said.
A white and dark shading palette is joined by present day decorations and one of a kind touches. A stairway paves the way to the fourth floor room which includes a vast bed with a headboard made of American oak.
