Spanish craftsman Maximo Riera's lavish and verging on strange furniture pieces makes us continually ponder what the fashioner will think of next. After his previous hits Walrus Seat, Rhino Seat, Octopus Seat and Elefant Seat (included on Freshome a while back), the Hippopotamus Seat indicates the line of magnificent seating units. Much the same as whatever remains of the creature pieces imagined by Riera, this creation appears to perplex the brain with its amazing volume and exact enumerating.
