Home Design High Tech Meets High Style in This Unique Home in Germany

Home Design "Life in a cutting edge configuration" was the idea driving this remarkable home in Germany, worked by a designer in the fields where he once played as a kid. Persuaded by planner Harald Eppler of Eppler + Bühler, the proprietor picked an immortal, current configuration tuned in to his identity.

A percentage of the customer's prerequisites — space for his accumulation of autos and motorbikes, a pitched level rooftop and a metal veneer — molded the configuration of Haus Stahl. The building is comprised of two counterbalance volumes, which oblige four levels all out.

"The structure of the exterior, with hand-completed and pre-weathered titanium-zinc boards, makes ideal utilization of the sun's day by day travel," Eppler said. The veneer is shut toward the upper east, where it faces neighboring homes, however is interested in the south and west.

The base solid volume, associated with a swimming pool, has the roomy carports, a wine basement and a wellness territory. After going into the house, you can see the rally motorbike, one of the proprietor's most loved gathering pieces.

Sorted out in an open space, the front room and kitchen are recognized by somewhat diverse statures. The rooms and a light-overwhelmed lavatory are situated on the top floor.

The home's cutting edge highlights incorporate individual lighting situations, an underfloor warming framework and complex sound joining, all controllable through iPhone or iPad.

"The building innovation is envisioned, worked and checked through an expansive touch board that has been introduced midway in the house," said the architects at Gira, which composed the home's electrical and specialized parts. [Photography by Ulrich Beuttenmüller]
