Home Design Minimalist Penthouse Apartment in Berlin Has a Gallery Feel
Home Design This penthouse flat was as of late remodeled by architect Donatella Mustavic in Berlin, Germany. The 2,400-square-foot condo neglects the well known Ludwigkirchplatz square, and a housetop porch offers all encompassing perspectives of the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf neighborhood.
The 6th floor flat's principle living range "includes a roof tallness of roughly 13 feet, a chimney and direct access to a shielded, west-bound gallery," the venture engineers said. "From the lounge, a long corridor with sky facing windows prompts the three rooms, and further to the staircase and the sunny housetop porch."
The main room has a little overhang, a stroll in wardrobe and a full shower. An impartial shading palette on a white foundation improves the display like feel this penthouse loft motivates.
As though proposing to divert the center toward the city outside, the planner settled on moderate furniture, stylistic theme and courses of action. What are your contemplations on the configuration of this Berlin bunk? [Photos kindness of Donatella Mustavic]
